Last of the Right Whales

a close up of a green screen

Hello,

Do you want to learn more about the critically endangered North Atlantic right whale and what you can do to help?  Then don’t miss the World Broadcast Premiere of the award-winning film Last of the Right Whales, kicking off the 62nd season of CBC’s The Nature of Things on Friday, January 6th at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on CBC and CBC Gem.

Following CBC’s one-hour presentation of the film, the 92-minute feature length version will air and stream in French on Saturday, January 7 at 9:00 pm ET/PT on ICI Explora.

Over the past couple of months, we’ve been posting a new video clip each week featuring the amazing behaviours of North Atlantic right whales.  Check out this video of a North Atlantic right whale skim-feeding, and give it a repost if you can!

We would greatly appreciate it if you could help spread the word about the broadcast to your network via social media or your newsletter.  Please click here to find the prepared social assets.

For the latest updates you can follow us on InstagramTwitterFacebook, and TikTok!

We really appreciate your support, and hope you’ll tune into the CBC broadcast this Friday, January 6th at 9:00pm ET/PT!

Best regards,
Tessa
